Shipping Policy

At RINAT USA, we know how important it is for you to receive your order quickly and safely. That's why all orders placed through RINATUSA.COM and GEKO1.COM are processed Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. (PST).

Standard Shipping (3 to 12 Business Days)

We offer one reliable shipping option for all domestic orders within the continental U.S., with delivery estimated between 3 to 12 business days, depending on your location. We always select the most efficient and secure shipping method available to ensure your package arrives in the best possible time.

Note: During peak seasons, shipping delays may occur. If you experience any issues, please contact us. Most couriers now provide GPS tracking to confirm the exact delivery time.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

RINAT USA accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase, as long as the following conditions are met:

Item must be:

Unused and unwashed
With the original tags and packaging
With plastic film intact on the glove palm
Not customized or personalized

Custom gloves or jerseys cannot be returned, no exceptions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by rough surfaces or improper use.
